Metal Paints (Glossy)

These are paints that are designed for use on metal surfaces, such as machinery, equipment, and structures. Metal paints can help to protect the metal from rust and corrosion and are available in a range of colors and finishes, including gloss, semi-gloss, and matte.

Harmony Hi Gloss

Harmony Hi Gloss is a quality product based on alkyd resin medium with blend of high quality pigments.

Product use: Harmony Hi Gloss is recommended for use on wood, metal, plaster, brickwork, hard board etc.

Characteristics: Harmony Hi Gloss paint resists moisture far better than paints with less sheen. It is formulated to give excellent opacity, long term durability and protection.

Thining: Avoid over thinning. Thin with Harmony Turpentine/ Harmony White spirit.

Finish: Gloss finish

Spreading Capacity: 8 – 10 square meter per ltr.

Pack size: 1 ltr, 4 ltr & 20 ltr.

Royal Nitrocellulose

Top coat: Royal Nitrocellulose Paint which is particularly recommended for commercial and saloon vehicle.

Priming: use royal nitrocellulose paint, on each primed or flattened old finish

Putty: use Nitrocellulose putty over primed surface for filling shallow indentations, flatten before applying top coats.

Limitation of use: royal Nitrocellulose paint is for the professional painting of vehicles and wood work.

Thinning: Avoid over thinning . Thin Royal Nitrocellulose 1:1 by volume with Hi Gloss Thinner.

Drying time: Apply one coat allow 15 – 25 minutes to dry , and then apply second coat.

Cautions for all products: Flammable. Do not brathe vapour. Avoid contact with skin & eyes. During spraying wear suitable respiratory equipment. Keep container away from naked flame.

In case of spillage: Remove source of ignition. soak with inert material e.g. sand, silica gel, empty container

Royal 2K Acrylic

Royal 2k Acylic is a high quality automobile refinishing two component acylic paint characterized by good gloss retention and durability in tropical climates.

Priming: use Royal 2k primer 4 parts volume mixed with royal 2k Acrylic Hardener 1 part thinned with royal 2k acylic thinner to application viscosity. surface should be left overnight before finishing coats are applied.

Finishing: Apply 2 coats of royal 2k Acrylic Paint 4 parts volume mixed with royal 2K Acrylic Hardener 1 part volume and thinned with Royal 2K Acrylic Thinner to application viscosity. Allow 30 minutes flas time in between coats. Touch dry 1 hour, thorough dry 24 hrs.

Characteristics: Royal 2K Acylic is easy to apply , last loner, as it form hard shell when its dry. Fantastically easy to clean and extremely resistant to all weather.
