Royal fast dry paint applied on primed or flattened old surfaces. Top coat: Royal fast Dry paint is recommended for commercial vehicles, wood and metal. Characteristics: Its is rust resistant and protects any surface from clipping and abrasion. Thinning: Avoid over  thinning . Thin with 10 -15% with harmony standard thinner.
