Roof Paints

Roof paints are specially formulated coatings that are designed to protect and enhance the appearance of roofs. These paints are applied on the surface of the roof to create a protective barrier that shields the roof from weathering, UV radiation, moisture, and other environmental factors.

Royal PVA Roof Paint

Royal PVA Roof Paint is defined for general maintenance painting on roofs, structural iron and wood work. Also suitable for suitable for application to many masonry and soft wood surfaces.

Surface Preparation: All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, oil and other contaminants. Loose and flaking must be completely removed.

Characteristics: Royal PVA Roof Paint is water resistant when dry and can be totally water proof in some circumstances.

Thinning: Avoid over thinning. Thin Royal PVA Roof Paint with 10% clean water. For best results applly 2 coats by brush or roller, allowing 2 -3 hours drying time between coats.

Drying time: 2 -3 hours

Spreading Capacity: 8 – 10 square meter per liter on suitably primed surfaces.

Drying time: Touch dry: 6hours Max. Hard Dry : 24 hrs

Finish: Semi GLoss Finish

Spreading Capacity: 8 -10 Square Meter per liter
