Wood Finishes

Wood finishes are used to protect and enhance the natural beauty of wood surfaces. The choice of finish will depend on the intended use of the wood surface, the desired appearance, and the level of protection required.

Harmony Wood Glue

Harmony wood GLue is a ready to use and appropriate for all kind of wood work.

Application: Apply to one surface by brush , spreader or roller. For hard wood or cross cut Harmony wood GLue should not come in contact with metal.

Open time: About 15 minutes depending on room temperature, humidity of the wood, the air  and the thickness of the glue coat. Join the parts while glue is wet.

Pressing: Pressure may be applied cold or hot by means of hydraulic presses, clamps etc.

Pack size: 200kg, 20 kg, 4kg, 1kg, 500gm & 250 gm.

Royal Varnish

Royal Varnish is a quality product an alkyd based varnish which provides durable finish on furniture for interior applications. It also provides a durable surface resistance from water & other house hold chemicals.

Product Use: Royal Varnish is recommended for use on wooden furniture and wooded floor

Characteristics: It provides radiant beauty to the wood. Help in protecting the wood by binding the surface, also absorb the effect of scratching and external damage.

Thining: Avoid over thining. For thining use Harmony white spirit

Finish: Available in gloss & Matt fininsh

Spreading capacity: 10 -12 square meter per liter. Back size: 1 ltr, 4 ltr & 20 ltr

Royal Wood Grain

Royal wood grain is a high quality oil based glaze that comes in a beautiful selection of colours which will help in creating the parfect look.

Product Use: Specially formulated top coat for outdoor/indoor use and recommended for decorative and prestigious interiors.

Surface Preparation: All surface must be sound, clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease, laitance etc. All traces of form release agents/curing agents must be removed.

Application: Brush or Roller.

Thinning: Use Harmony Standard Thinner
